Ali Condon, LIMHP, LADC, is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Ali is passionate about helping people heal and grow through life’s challenges. She provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Using CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness, Ali creates a safe, supportive space where clients can reconnect with their strengths, build resilience, and move toward lives that reflect their deepest values and goals.

Jocelyn Polacek is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and a Provisionally Licensed Art Therapist. She received her Master of Science in Clinical Counseling and her Master of Science in Art Therapy Counseling from Emporia State University. Josie works with children through adulthood and she personalizes therapy based on what a client needs. She practices emotional regulation techniques, trauma-informed care, consistent empathy, and positive regard within the therapeutic relationship. Josie goes out of her way to create a therapeutic environment where her clients feel safe and supported. She is passionate about mental health advocacy and stigma reduction.

As Clinical Director at Ellie Mental Health Clinic in La Vista, he has extensive experience in mental health program development and is a certified trainer of Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
