SC Bodner Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pavilion at Twin Creek, a 240-unit, Class A multifamily development. We are looking for a motivated candidate with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the routine and preventative maintenance requirements of the community grounds, buildings, equipment, and tools.
- Perform minor, routine, and complex maintenance tasks on property, equipment, and tools, as required.
- Ensure all resident work orders are completed accurately and timely.
- Maintain cleanliness and order on property including debris and snow removal from sidewalks and pathways.
- Maintain positive attitude and appearance to ensure trustworthy and respected resident relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
