Legislative Forum September 4th
The Nebraska Chamber of Commerce and Industry is presenting a Legislative Forum September 4, from 7:30am-9:00am at the Tiburon Golf Club. The District 3 candidates and other Sarpy County Senators will speak. Free continental breakfast. Click Here to RSVP. Hosted by the Sarpy County Chamber. Would you like to further your business interests through the exchange of tips, leads, referrals and other information? Join one of our TIPS groups and network with business professionals from a variety of industries.
 
For more information, contact Dawn Dennis at 339-3050. There are 3 groups meeting at different times, and days of the week. Must be a Sarpy County Chamber member to attend. Attendance is monitored and a yearly fee is required. 
New Chamber Board Members  
The Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors announces nominations to fill a three year term:

Steve Rippe (PayPal) for a second term
Mike Mathews (All Purpose Construction)
Randy Sump (RTR Enterprises, Inc.)
 
Additional nominations may be made by any current member or members in good standing upon presentation of a petition for nomination signed by at least twenty (20) current members in good standing. Such petitions should be delivered to the Nominating Committee within ten (10) days after the date of announcement of nominees by the Nominating Committee.

Toastmasters Open House              

On Wednesday, September 17, from 8:00am - 9:00am the Sarpy County Chamber Toastmasters will host an Open House with FREE continental breakfast. This is a great opportunity to learn more about Toastmasters.  For more information, contact Membership Director Tom Kerfoot at 330-4488 or the Sarpy Chamber at 339-3050.

One Week Left to Apply!
Join 176 graduates who have gained invaluable leadership and communication skills from Leadership Sarpy. This extensive program increases professional growth and community involvement. Serious-minded business leaders are invited to apply for the 14th annual Leadership Sarpy class.  Participants will be involved with city, county and state government, communications and leadership programs and economic development.

September 17th, 8:00am-9:00am - Sarpy County Chamber Toastmasters is hosting an Open House. Free continental breakfast at the Sarpy County Chamber. Come learn more about Toastmasters!

September 19th, 12:00pm - Ribbon cutting at Complete Nutrition, 1809 Towne Center Parkway, Shadow Lake Towne Center, Papillion.

The Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce requires a 48 hour cancellation notice on all registrations that require payment. If cancellation is not received, registrant will be invoiced for that event.
